We are currently recruiting a Cashier Expert, to join our team in Budapest. As part of the Ria family, you will be the image of the Company in the stores and your mission will be to provide all the information, support, and satisfaction to our customers, encourage them to use our services and negotiate the exchange rates is a key part of this role.

What you will do on daily basis
  • Process money transfer orders and foreign exchange.
  • Provide information about Ria Services to customers
  • Resolve orders incidences managing internally
  • With accuracy, organizes the level of stocks and balance
  • Accurately verify or enter the customer’s information on our systems.
  • Keep the cash register ordered at all the times.
  • Check daily reports.
  • Maximize daily foreign exchange revenues.
  • Maximize cross-selling opportunities by promoting and selling pro-actively all products offered by Ria.
  • At least 6 months of cash-handling experience is required
  • One year of work experience in customer service and/or cashiers’ positions
  • Fluent in Polish and English. Ukrainian and/or Russian would be a plus
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
  • Microsoft user
  • Cash handling experience is highly preferred.
  • Honest and reliable
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills, positive attitude, sales and detail oriented, organization, accurate, independent, and problem solving.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable when working in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid work permit is a must
