End User Support / Local and Regional IT Support Analyst

  • Administering of users and computers in Active Directory and O365
  • Supporting of End Users – hardware and software (in-person and remotely)
  • Troubleshooting and resolving user’s issues
  • Identifying and tracking of End User’s hardware and software needs
  • Researching existing computers and IT systems, proposing improvements
  • Administering of applications on computers and servers
  • Performing advanced hardware and software installation, configuration and deployment
  • Maintaining hardware/software inventories
  • Collaborating with other IT Teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Logging support tickets efficiently and with appropriate sense of urgency, updating tickets and following up with End Users
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Technologies or a related field
  • Very good English skills (both spoken and written)
  • Basic knowledge of MS AD, O365, Windows 10, MS Office, networking and Windows Servers
  • Capability to learn new IT systems quickly
