What the IT Process Team does

Process Management
  • Incident, Request, Problem Management (Process ownership, regular reviews and continual process improvements)
  • Change ManagementProcess ownership, regular reviews and continual process improvements
  • Internal Audit
  • External Audit (PCI-DSS, SOX, ISO-27001)
  • Change verification
  • Hosting CAB meetings and post CAB activities (user access to production machines, promote objects on development machine)
  • Business continuity plan (BCP) ownership (regular process review, improvements and yearly test analysis and documentation)
  • Process refinement according to data obtained through reporting, analysis, observation and other methods
  • Service management tools ownership:
  • Easy Redmine/JIRA administration:User/group creation
  • Template creation
  • Workflow creation/adjustments based on the improved process definitions
  • Onboarding new Euronet customers and departments
  • Trainings during customer/department onboarding
  • Regular quarterly trainings for new employees
  • Continuous review and improvements
  • Vendor management (initiating new features, negotiating delivery hours and price, dealing and escalating delays in delivery)
Project Management
  • Analyzing and initiating IT improvement and transition projects
  • Driving IT initiatives
  • In certain scenarios acting business and/or service operation analyst
  • Mitigating and integrating project risks
  • Identifying, assessing and analyzing any potential business process changes with the project implementation
Data analysis
  • Process KPI measurement and reporting via Power BI Desktop and/or Power BI Online
  • Third party applications for report automation (Toad Data Point, Heidi SQL)
  • Creating and presenting data collection via presentation tools
Misc. activities
  • Microsoft Teams related activities
  • Sharepoint online related activities
General tasks to perform
  • IT process ownership and related administration
  • Requirement specification for process areas
  • Tool selection, gap analysis and decision preparation
  • Maintenance of current toolset
  • Implementation of new tools into process management
  • Tools application level ownership and customization activities
  • Regular process maturity measurement and reporting
  • Driving and coordinating IT initiatives
Requirements
  • College or University degree in IT, process related field or equivalent work experience
  • Fluent English knowledge, full professional comprehension
  • Good general understanding of IT technologies
  • Experience in incident management, change management
  • At least 2 years of experience in ITIL based process development
  • Capability to present, teach processes
  • Excellent communication and Analytical skills
  • Structured, Organized
  • Open minded, self- motivated learner
Advantageous to have
  • ITIL/ISO 20000 certification
  • Hands on experience of ITIL based management tool implementation
  • Project Management experience
  • Process educational experience
  • Bankcard transaction processing experience
