Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move money around the world. With the Wise account people and businesses can hold over 50 currencies, move money between countries and spend money abroad. Large companies and banks use Wise technology too; an entirely new cross-border payments network that will one day power money without borders for everyone, everywhere.

Hol dolgozunk?

Our office is on Váci út 80., 1133 Budapest (Promenade Gardens), but we have offices in different cities all over the world, including London, Tallinn, Singapore, Tampa, and so on.  

We have a flexible, hybrid way of working as for working from home - but our office is pretty cool and we have many different programs arranged there throughout the weeks (such as team lunches, Movie Monday, trivia nights), so people love to come in and socialize!

  • You will have to complete a short value based video interview with a tool called HireVue
  • For some roles, you will also need to complete a technical or the take home test
  • Last step is a final interview with the Lead

Our selection process differs according to the position that you apply for.

For technical roles, we have a HackerRank test in place and at least one round of technical interview with our engineers/project leads.

For non-tech positions we have take home test where you have a chance to work on a problem that your daily work in the position would actually include - this way you can see if this is really something that you enjoy, and we can assess your skills accordingly. This might be included in the HireVue stage for some of our roles (e.g. Customer Service).
 
Every role's selection process includes a value based video interview that is mostly conducted via a tool called HireVue, and a final interview with our Team Leads/senior colleagues.

We pride ourselves in our feedback culture, so no matter what the outcome of your selection process is, you will receive feedback from us, and have a chance to talk 1-on-1 with one of our Recruiters to understand the feedback and improvement points in detail.
